The Human Resources Department ensures that the selection and placement process is carried out in line with the company culture, through a fair and objective evaluation.

The recruitment process starts with identifying needs. Every year, during the budget period, workforce planning is carried out per department and the number of employees planned to be hired during the year is determined per department. In addition, replacements are hired for employees who leave during the year for various reasons.

Job applications from different sources such as e-mail, the website, career portals or referrals from our employees are accepted.

After the applications are reviewed, candidates take a competency-based interview and, depending on the position, a personality inventory test and sector-specific tests. Interviews are conducted by department managers and the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department makes a job offer to the suitable candidate. The recruitment process is completed when the candidate who has completed the required documents starts work on the agreed date.
